Return & Refund Policy – The Click Bay

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Item not as described

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


2. Return Request Time

You must request a return within 2–3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order details / Order ID
  • Clear reason for return
  • Photo or video proof (for damaged/incorrect items)

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed
  • Refunds are usually issued within 5–7 working days
  • Refund method will depend on your original payment method (Bank, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.)

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (if applicable)
  • Defective or damaged products

Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.


6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or damaged items (by customer)
  • Items without original packaging

7. Return Shipping

  • In case of our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • Otherwise, the customer may need to pay return shipping charges

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
