Return & Refund Policy – The Click Bay
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Item not as described
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Return Request Time
You must request a return within 2–3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your name
- Order details / Order ID
- Clear reason for return
- Photo or video proof (for damaged/incorrect items)
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed
- Refunds are usually issued within 5–7 working days
- Refund method will depend on your original payment method (Bank, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.)
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (if applicable)
- Defective or damaged products
Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Used or damaged items (by customer)
- Items without original packaging
7. Return Shipping
- In case of our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- Otherwise, the customer may need to pay return shipping charges
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
